Team Reported to head office area as organisation seems to be having good call centre good brochures Money ploughed in by government But the service user experience is not matching standards IE basic standards The tenants witness catalogue of errors Including drains Stairwell standards Lights Electrics Gas And health matters Report issues and part resolved is not actually responding fair or positive to customers Repairs done often require follow up Example shower basin not draining IE old unresolved repair Example light switch malfunction IE old unresolved repair Condensation looks rust corrosion gas meter cleaned but ongoing unresolved reading issues IE old unresolved
