A529. Audlem Rd, between Corbrook Court Nursing Home and the Mccarthy and Stone Retirement home.

Reported via mobile in the Footway category anonymously at 21:09, Mon 4 November 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6694791.

The footpath has become very overgrown. Grass has grown over the pathway making walking along this stretch dangerous. It is a 60mph speed zone and the path is so narrow making you walk so close to the vehicles passing at high speed. The pathway is too narrow for a wheelchair or a pram. Many workers from the nursing home use the path to get to work. It is a path used by dog walkers to access public footpaths locally. Children walk from properties to get to school transport pick up points. Please can it be maintained and the tarmac once again be found from under the overgrown verges. Thank you!
