Cycle lane has been installed and the previous road markings are now obsolete or non existent - URGENT.

Broomfield osteoporosis road Large roll of chicken wire has been laid or flytipped stretching over a very large area from one end to another . My dog caught his paw in this and I fell and tripped trying to help him very very dangerous no signs so think it has been flytipped.
