Collapsed highway drain under road.
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6692560.
The drain passing under the road is an old tile drain that has collapsed. This is resulting in flooding across the road during periods of heavy rain which will be extremely dangerous when we get frosty weather. The ditch to the higher side is permanently full of water leading to flooding of a significant area of the adjoining field and serious crop damage and failure. The blockage is under the highway next to the public footpath.
