Nearby homeowner rotating cars from driveway onto double yellow lines persistently both prior to and after installation of double yellow lines by the council. Double yellow added to road to ease congestion and allow 2 way traffic on busy road out to a120 (which this nuisance parking is stopping from happening). Please enforce the parking on double yellow here and on the high street in puckeridge!!
