Increase in rubbish on pavements

Increase seen of rubbish, mostly broken glass bottles on pavements from top of lower lane from longmoor Lane going down lower lane. Constantly picking up broken glass alcohol bottles to prevent children/pets from hurting themselves. The bin outside Barton day nursery also regularly has bags of household rubbish left beside it riffled through by ? animals ringing risk of vermin to residential households. Sad to see as a resident. 4 year old daughter often wants to pick up the litter.
