Parking of vehicles using for own purpose of their cars

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6689652.

Parking of vehicles in front of garages Blake road bicester . Large van parked on verge, and vehicles parking for their own vehicles( these are not any of the people renting the santcuary garages) obstructing those using garages. Which they rent. The area is not for public to just park their cars ,but solely for the use of people who rent the garages , and pay money each month to rent the garages. Mostly large white van 18 Blake road and first bungalow next to the garages park their cars using as their own drive way.
