Mill lane carboot, burning rubbish

Operators of mill lane carboot are burning rubbish from thursday carboot and refuse from sunday carboots after every thursday carboot. The fire is lit and left unsupervised ,it is usually a large amount of rubbish.this has been going on for at least as long as the carboot has been operating.
