Reported via desktop in the Car parking category anonymously at 07:28, Sat 2 November 2024

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6685883.

I stay near busy junction (Royston Road/ Darnick Street)...there is work building 136 flats and the roads have been dug up to replace the traffic lights.the pavements have dropped kerbs and thers orange concrete tiles with risen parts on them.the problem here is drivers parking on the pavement,,it means that they are driving across where a pedestrian would stand and wait for the green man.,there is a primary school and a secondary school nearby and the lights are well used...theres another street with cars parked with two wheels on the pavement and its hard to walk past with a child in a pram.is siemens street. both are G21 area. Its been a issue for a long time now.

  • This problem has not been fixed...people are stilling driving over when people would stand waiting on the green man appearing ..obviously I understand that this could not be fixed overnight but how long should I wait for it to be fixed.?
