No need for temporary light which is causing huge delays

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6684847.

There are currently temporary light on the St Marks end of Landsdown Road but there appear to be no works ongoing to require them. It is causing delays and tailbacks on what is one of the busiest roads on Cheltenham. Please may they be removed asap.
