Report received from Mrs Jones 3 Cawley Rd, Twyford, Banbury OX17 3JT, re a hedge on sanctuary housing land, Title ON251626 blocking pavement for all users and obscuring when she exits her drive, very elderly lady who is not capable of dealing with the problem.
