On The Road A4810 going towards the Clock tower Roundabout in the left hand lane and opposite the Stratstone Land Rover Dealership, there is a manhole cover that is in a dangerous state of condition. I have rang the Police to tell them about it. They in turn rang Newport City Council and they said it had nothing to do with them. Newport contacted Welsh Water and again said it was nothing to do with them. Everyone is passing the buck and as every hour passes this manhole cover deteriorates .Please can someone fix it before a serious accident occurs. Thank You.
