Dear Sir/Madam,

There seems to be a lamp post cover missing from one of the street lights in the parking area of the longitude house building. This void now seems to be a "hole" in which members of the general public find convenient to dispose of their rubbish. Please can this be rectified asap as it is low enough for a child to hurt themselves also.
