The road is totally flooded and not passable on foot, there are multiple very deep pot holes hidden in the flood water, a cyclist hit one and fell off into water, the water is milky coloured and smells of sewerage, children catch their school bus on the corner of longhill, they cannot walk to or from the bus stop, due to this major hazard.
