There are two cars parked at the roadside on Langthorne Road junction with Warren Rd, Leyton E10. Both have no registration plate and have been parked there for over 4weeks.

No unregistered vehicle should be on the road, and even if registered, the reg number must be displayed legibly on a number plate. I only have pictures for one of them.
