Blocked drain on a417. All the drains on this side of the road don’t drain the road surface sufficiently when it rains. They are almost full now and it hasn’t rained much the last two weeks.

    Drains all along this section of 417 are blocked and dont drain and the water has nowhere to go. When will OCC carry out this most basic of maintenance tasks?

We are pleased to inform you that Faringdon is scheduled for gully emptying in the second quarter of this financial year, June - August 2025. Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified time frame.
