Surface is damaged problem
Reported in the Surface is damaged category by Gloucestershire County Council at 23:00, Mon 28 October 2024
FixMyStreet ref: 6682749.
Impassable and dangerous condition of 10 yards public right of way due to farmer using pathway as a cattle run. Conditions didn't seem weather related but passage of cattle resulted in very deep unstable mud fissures, and the narrow nature of the uphill pathway provided no footholds to either side. Experienced walkers but we struggled as there was no available alternative route. One of our party fell heavily twice and we feared injury. There needs to be an alternative route. Unusable section marked on attached OS map section, with blue arrow.
