No street lighting under bridge for footpath

Under this bridge is a common walk home for me and a lot of people from the business park to Lychpit. Unfortunately it is hugely scary for females walking under this bridge as it is pitch black with no lighting except from passing cars and I’ve often seen men sat under the underpass which is particularly spooky and dangerous when alone. It would be good it get some bright lighting
