Fire damaged property left in the garden of the house for nearly two years. It’s now encroached onto the pavement

It is a health hazard and eye sore attracting further fly tipping and rodents. It all needs to be removed, it’s not fair that people have to walk past and around this rubbish and neighbours have to put up with it and the rodents every day.
