Outside a 105 castle rise Runcorn WA7 5xw is multiple vans/ taxis causing a vision obstruction when entering the close. Vehicles get daily repairs the on path is used for all the tools, and the vehicles on the opposite side of the road get charged with wires causing a tripping hazards.
