Uprooted bollard causing hazard to drivers

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6682122.

A bollard at one corner of a tree planting has been knocked over and is rolling around in the middle of the road. It has left a hole in the road surface where it used to be.
