Light needs replacing - too dark

The street light was reported as unsafe a few months ago due to a car hitting it. The top of the light has been removed but not replaced. The street is very dark without it and the street light needs replacing for safety reasons.

It is light number 11 on Goodwood Close, outside number 36. It was labelled as a different location on the online map.
