Renew paint and add physical seperator gof cycld lane

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6678501.

The contraflow cycle lane on Milberry St is well used and useful but vehicles often drive into it (very intimidating as they haven't seen you snd aren't expecting you) as the road is narrow (cars can park on one side). Can the very faded red paint be renewed and, importantly, physical seperators be installed so that the cycle lane is protected

Updates

  • Problem the same. Oncoming vehicles drive right over cycle lane and often don't see you until the last moment. This cycle lane will link to the new one being installed on adjacent Catherine Street so is a really important part of thd network now
