Please relocate this public waste bin and reattach it to the adjacent metal railings. The metal former sign post which this bin is currently attached to has seen better days and is very rusty. As soon as the bin is relocated I can then ask Surrey County Council to remove this old post. Please change this report to 'Fixed' as soon as its moved so that I can get things arranged. Thanks
