Sent to Peterborough City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6678068.

Does not light up at night so if your taking rubbish out to the bin shed at night you can't see where your going or if there is something on the grass near there you could stand on it. It would be great if it could be sorted for safty reasons. It's been like that for a few months it is outside near the binsheds at the bottom of emperor way fletton
