Fly tipping again

Reported in the Flytipping category by Anthony Welling at 09:36, Mon 27 July 2015

Sent to Adur District Council 4 minutes later

A second scrap bike has been padlocked to the light stand, with one of the locks that secured the first, fly tipped bike. Obviously, a neighbour is trying to make a point. However, the width of the pavement has been restricted, again, due to the second bike. Access to the light, is now even more restricted. Pedestrians are at risk. The council notice that was attached to the first bike, was removed by persons unknown, within the first day.

  • Both bikes remain attached to the lamp standard, are continue to pose a risk to pedestrians. No feedback from the local authority with regards to the plans for removal.
