Residents brambles intruding on walkway

Something needs to be done about residents who don't check and cut their back gardens overhanging our walkways. A door knock from a community officer may help with an enforcement order if work is not carried out within a set time limit. Also check if help is needed for disabled or an elderly resident. The problem is getting worse.
