Series of pot holes forcing drivers to swerve to avoid

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6674013.

Whilst cycling down this section of road a oncoming car got very close to me whilst trying to avoid the series of pot holes in this area. Please could someone take a look before something more serious happens!!!
