Here we go again -- due to bcc ignoring the issue for 5 years every year residents have their annual clear out and dump their junk on the open green to burn without any consent off bcc. There is a distant no dumping notice which is inadequate (typical of bcc).So more air pollution and cost to clear it up from the tax payer because bcc are pointless.
