Parking on my entrance and blocking my driveway

This bus is always perking in front of my house and blocking my driveway everyday. I was directed to the owners house, but the owner had never opened up to sya anything. He ignores the knock even while I still see TV on in their house... This is very annoying and frustrating. I have 1 car and my sister had her own car, we both use that parking space, but this bus owner blocks us on some days and disappears even ewohtou a word. I rang his doorbell many times and knocked severally, no answer. I am planning to involve the police because this is getting out of hand.
