At Pedestrian crossing

Crossing impassable due to flood during all episodes of rainfall. Had to cross further down road and hope no vehicle drove through flood.

This needs an additional drain installing into the existing drainage run to drain water from low spot which is at crossing point.

I am a Chartered Civil Engineer so please don’t reply that floods are normal, this is a poor design and drainage and road levels were ignored when designing and installing.
