Rubble and roadworks barriers left in road and on pavement

There were roadworks on Starts Hill Road 1-2 weeks ago. They piled rubble right next to my car on Hilda Vale Road (which may have caused damage). Most of the rubble is gone, but some is left along with yellow barriers.
