Illegally parked car blocking driveway and obstructing view down Gaces acre, we live at number 10, we have left 2 notes on this persons car, he will not move it, we have damaged our car wheel which cost £80 to fix trying to pull out around this car, the police dont want to know, im really desparate for some help to resolve this. CB113RE number 10 Gaces acre, he never used to park there and has been blocking our drive now for the last 2 months.
