Ivy encroaching on garden

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6670439.

Ivy is causing an issue to 4 Flemming Avenue, and is growing from the land on Mill Lane which is owned and maintained by the County Council. The resident is now having difficulty opening their gate. Please could the County Council arrange for the removal of the ivy.
