Local business has blocked residents parking bay to allow large lorries and vans to access the property despite there being no dropped kerb in this location. The business does have a dropped kerb outside the parking bay area but continues to block the residents parking bay and drive large vehicles across the pavement where there is no dropped kerb. This is restricting the parking for those that have paid for a residents permit or parking tickets.
