Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6670364.

Another day, same issue. Unable to use residents parking permits or tickets in residents bay as illegally parked vehicles from local businesses taking up spaces. Some spaces taken up by businesses driving over pavement where there is no dropped kerb!! What are residents or visitors supposed to do??
