Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6670187.

You were warned about this during construction work on a private shop turned into flat on Dumbarton Rd ie the builders were using public land to store their building materials & rubbish. You did nothing at the time. Please remove what remains.
