Loading bay and taxi rank being blocked abused by mopeds

Loading bay outside McDonald's is for goods vehicles only and 2 mins drop off during the day, then a dedicated taxi rank at night. Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo are filling the complete bay with their mopeds and bikes while they wait for an pick up order from McDonald's which can be long periods. Delivery HGV vehicles for Greggs, the pub, and other shops are unable to use the loading bay and are instead forced to block the main road to receive their deliveries between 7am and 7pm. There needs to be enforcement here during the day and evening to prevent the these bikes from parking here. McDonald's should not allow home delivery if they continue to allow their 3rd party's to park illegally.
