Tree roots breaking driveway & paving stones

The tree roots are erupting the driveway asphalt causing damage to vehicles & loosening paving stones which when touched by a vehicle flip up and damage the vehicle resulting in expense & requiring vehicles to be parked in the road with parking restrictions.
