Heavy goods vehicles using unsuitable road

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6669096.

The vehicles are too big for the road. There's a diversion in place as Downham Road is closed, they're using Mill Road as a shortcut. There's been several traffic jams this morning. Also, they're driving faster than 30mph. The road was deemed unsafe and unsuitable for the school bus - yet these vehicles are coming through.
