Mud on road

The vehicles from Smiths Aggregates are leaving a lot of mud and debris on the road which is making the road surface slippery especially when wet. The fact this also a national speed limit road adds to the danger of vehicles losing control. I was under the impression that they should be cleaning the mud from their vehicles before leaving?
