Car been sat there for weeks even months

There is a car park in our cul de sac outside my house that hasn’t moved anywhere for weeks/months looks like it’s not workable

  • Car is still here untaxed and looks like dumped!! I am disabled and we all need a parking spaces available as we have no driveways on our 4 cottages!
