Plastic / rubber speed bumps in dangerous condition

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6667483.

The speed bumps that have been added to this road (down to the cricket club) are in awful condition. The edges are degraded and not properly attached. They can click up as cars drive over them. The entire road surface on this stretch is in very poor condition.
