20mph road signs damaged on both sides of Haseley Road

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category by J Harrison at 10:51, Mon 28 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6666468.

After the massive increase in traffic along this road following the recent roadworks on the A329 in Little Milton, the signs on both sides of the road have been damaged. The sign on the road has been worn off too. As the signage has been inadequate since the 20mph limit was imposed, vehicles speed alond this section of the road. There are no repeat signs further down, so it might not be clear to some that there is a 20mph speed limit. There are no pavements on this section of road and it can be very dangerous for walkers as the speed limit goeas immediately from 20mph to the national speed limit where visibility is poor.
