The street light mounted above Centurion Nails in Eastgate street (nearly opposite Butlers) in Gloucester is not working. Several weeks ago I reported it was dull but it has stopped working altogether. There are now at least 4 street lamps not working in Eastgate street and another which is vey dull. (all reported more than once)
