Poorly installed bin

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6664245.

Recent installation of a bin here has been poorly done, bin is not on flat land and tipping towards the pavement. Bin is popular with dog walkers dropping in dog waste, this will will end up on pavement/in community garden which was far from it's intended purpose, previous dog bin had a cover and was more hygienic. Please fix it and install it properly and considerately.
