Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6664081.

Fencing has been hit by a car and left, I have reported this 3 times now, and has a shrub growing through it, so it has been like this for some time, but it is clear when seen it has been hit or rammed by a car at somepiont and is clearly bent completely out of shape and also has sharp edges on the corner of the panel which arnt initially visible but still a danger to the public.
