Illegal parking / obstruction on the cobbled pavement/junction

Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6663331.

Cars and vans regularly illegally park on the cobbled area of pavement at the junction of Nelson Court and Harvey Street. Could some concrete bollards please be erected as they are on the opposite side of the junction to prevent this please. Thanks for your help with this matter.
