Loose metal cover on Forest Road (A503)

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6662437.

This metal cover has been loose for some time, creating a loud, clanging noise whenever vehicles pass over it. It appears to be improperly seated or lacking adequate support, which causes it to rattle continuously, especially disruptive at night.
