Parking over ny driveway

Members of this household who are my neighbours have been parking in front of my drive, this is causing my great distress. Not only are they illegally parked but they are actually blocking access to part of my driveway. I'm finding this difficult to pull out of my driveway on to a main road I have to take a chance and hope nothing is coming up my road. I know this is highly dangerous but this is the position and situation this household is putting me in. I would really love to see see better measures carried out to insure this issue doesn't continue

This is my neighbours wrong doing and I need to this issue to be addressed to your nearest convenience

What can you do to help me prevent this problem from occurring over again

Perhaps posts each side of my driveway would insure this doesn't happen again?
